  2. KIHON: Combination Kick & Punch in Jiyu-Dachi
  3. KATA:  Heian-Yodan & Heian-Godan
  4. KUMITE:  Semi-Free Style in Jiyu-Dachi.  Name area of attack, choose blocks that work.
